Family bathroom in Teddington
Our clients came to us wanting to incorporate their separate WC with their Family bathroom in Teddington. By knocking down the dividing wall, not only were we able to add the WC into the family bathroom; but also a separate shower and bath!
The previous bathroom lacked colour and warmth. Therefore, we used natural tones and textures to create a calming space with spa quality features. Using wood effect tiles by Porcelanosa called Liston Oxford Cognac paired with Rhin Taupe adds drama and elegance.
With recessed shelves above the bath, shower and WC areas creates pockets of ambient lighting and useful storage solutions. To keep the bathroom open we installed a wetroom area and used a frame-less open ended shower screen by Matki – this offers an easy solution when cleaning. The wall-hung basin unit from Vanity Hall offers extra storage with two deep drawers finished in Walnut.
To add extra ‘hidden’ storage, we built out a wall to house the recessed illuminated mirror cabinet above the basin. Finishing the look with mottled grey tiles and shaving mirror.
This Family bathroom in Teddington, offers relaxed bathing in the Bette bath, a luxurious showering Experience and practical storage – a prefect coupling for busy families.

Wide basin adds extra storage as does the sunken double door illuminated mirror cabinet. The walnut finish adds warmth to this industrial look.
Knocking through the partition wall of the existing bathroom and WC, created a more coherent and user friendly space. Allowing for a separate wetroom with bath.
Wood effect tiles on the wall at the end of a built-in bath adds a focal point and contrasts with the dark grey tile within the recessed shelf. The down light creates a moody ambience while offering practical storage when bathing.
