Nordic living in Leatherhead

Our clients were after a Nordic living vibe for the heart of their home. A design that embraces simplicity, warmth and a sense of cosiness. To achieve this, we used a calm and warm colour palate, that oozes Nordic sophistication.

We used a bank of handmade oatmeal coloured units paired with open shelves. Which adds plenty of storage and pulls the kitchen into a warm hygge while enhancing light around the kitchen and breakfast bar. We paired this with Armac Martin horizontal handles in a satin finish. Elegantly crafted, lamps brings a lasting statement to the space.

The polished veined worktop and full height splashback, adds an elegant and serene touch, as if you’re looking out at snow capped mountains within a Nordic Fjord. While the large format Rhine blanc floor tiles by Ca’Pietra bring warmth and comfort to the design.

Clever storage, with fully folding doors that disappear into the units themselves, offer a tidy and streamlined look. As does the Bora Puru induction hob, a clever design that increases storage and removes cooking smells at the source.

A hidden pantry, disguised as full height cupboards, delights with open storage and easy access pull out baskets. With an extra work top, allowing our home owner to have plenty of areas to prepare when entertaining guest.

Miele Mastercool fully integrated full height refrigeration is the perfect companion for a busy and convivial home. Offering plenty of storage and brilliant internal light, while perfect temperature and humidity keeps food fresh for up to 3 times longer.
