Jungle Leaf Family Bathroom in Claygate

Our clients came to us with a brief to create a quirky and different design for their family bathroom in Claygate. The layout of the bathroom worked, so we just had to come up with a stunning and unique bathroom design! Throughout the bathroom design consultations, we discovered our clients were happy to implement contrasting colours as well as patterns.

To fulfil this exciting brief, we used hexagon tiles with a jungle leaf pattern from Ca’ Pietra to instantly transform the room into a fresh and bright space. Adding the leaf pattern to a recessed shelf within the shower area draws the design together.  The finish of the touch pearl metro tiles from Porcelanosa allow light to bounce around the room which is essential for small spaces.

For storage we used a two drawer wall hung unit from Svedberg finished in dusty pink. Coupled with extra storage in the mirror cabinet, to keep the bathroom clutter free. The recessed shelf in the shower area doubles up as a handy soap and shampoo storage as well as adding scented candles to create an ambient feel.

The white radiator from Zehnder pops out against the warmth of Stony Ground paint by Farrow & Ball while complementing the green in the leaf tile. Adding a luxurious finish to this personalised design.

Incorporating metro tiles in a Touch Pearl finish brings the design up to date while adding a luxurious feel. Adding a mono mixer tap creates a clutter free basin unit – ideal for busy family lifes.

Creating a recessed shelf for the shower area is practical while also offering an interesting focal point with the Jungle leaf tiles. This also ties the design together.
