Complementary design consultation
Your journey begins with exclusive by appointment access to our Kitchen showroom, where we will learn more about your project. This is where our bespoke kitchen designers will walk you through all the options available to you and what IS best suited to your Individual needs.
This meeting is very much about building a relationship where we can help you get the best out of your space.
Kitchen survey
Following the first consultation, we take a design service deposit to conduct a technical survey of your kitchen space. This is important to help us identify any structural requirements and design possibilities. This survey also allows your designer to get a feel for the space and the way it relates to the rest of your home.
VISUALISING
This stage is where your designer starts to bring elements of your design together in a 3D representation. We compile information from our first meeting and the site survey, whilst carefully considering your wish list.
Presentation
We will invite you back to our showroom, and present 3D designs of how your kitchen could work – displayed on a large screen so you can immerse yourself in the design. We offer you tangible items to see and feel, along with a colour palette to inspire you. Once you are happy with the finer details of your kitchen design, and are comfortable with your budget, we will book your project in!
Project managed installation
Your designer will discuss your confirmed design with our collective team, where we will oversee the project management. This will ensure that all services, procurement and quality control of products, delivery and installation are carried out with the highest calibre of care every step of the way.
Aftercare
We are so confident in our workmanship, that we offer a ten-year workmanship guarantee on all our projects, on top of the manufacturers guarantees for products. Ensuring you will love your kitchen for years to come.
