Richmond Shower Ensuite given the Midas touch
Our client wanted us to complement their shower ensuite to their family bathroom, that we designed and installed. We linked it tonally but also gave it its own personality.
We combined Crema Delicato Marble effect tiles, with Luminous Lume Black metro tiles, adding a hint of orange over brown hues, both from Minoli. This created the perfect elegant backdrop for the brushed gold cross handle brassware from the Individual range by VADO. The contemporary black border shower screen from Drench has a flip panel, to create more space when showering, to make use of smaller spaces.
We teamed a beautifully detailed basin, inspired by the markets of Asia, from London Basin Company with a statement brushed gold illuminating mirror from HIB. The roundel on the mirror, imitates the circular basin, softening the design.
The classic anthracite radiator from Zehnder, sits beneath three brushed gold towel rails, warming the towels and creating towel storage in this compact space without encroaching in the room.
Dekton Arga stone on the windowsill, adds a luxurious finish to the design. While allowing light from the window to reflect back throughout the room.
We changed the handles on the window, as well as the door, using Buster and Punch, to match the rest of the gold elements within the shower room.

The circular bowl gives the illusion of space, as the wall and floor are more visible, while the black detail ties in with the dark metro tiles at the other end of the bathroom.
The inky black gloss subway tiles with oxidised elements, add a vintage twist to this contemporary design. Picking up the gold vein in the marble tiles to balance the tones.
Luxurious natural stone with subtle brown-gold veins, was inspired by the quartzite of the Taj Mahal, adds a dramatic richness to the bathroom.
